  • The standard shipping fee within Saudi Arabia is SAR 50.
  • Shipping is free for orders over SAR 300.
  • The final shipping fee, or free shipping when applicable, is clearly shown on the checkout page before the order is completed.
  • If the address is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached, or the shipment is not received, the customer may be charged a re-shipping fee of SAR 50.

6) Cancellation, Exchange, and Return

  • Exchange and return requests are subject to our approved policy. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The customer bears the exchange or return fee within Saudi Arabia, which is SAR 50, unless the request is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
