We provide shipping and delivery across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Time

Delivery is usually completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the city and shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is charged at a flat rate of SAR 50. Shipping becomes free for orders worth SAR 300 or more (after discount and before shipping fees). The final shipping cost will appear in the cart and checkout page before confirming the order.

Delay or Failed Delivery

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as peak seasons, weather conditions, or courier delays. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no response from the customer, the shipment may be returned and a new shipping fee of SAR 50 may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If you receive your order damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange the necessary replacement or completion of the order.
